Ryan Reed, President
16 years active duty Air Force with multiple deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn. Lt Col Ryan Reed has a Masters in Aviation Safety, Bachelor's in Art. Also a First Officer with American Airlines and Co-Founder and Vice President of Lightwork Education & Wellness Center.
Educator with over 21 years in the education field. Prior principal of private school in Florida. Ms. Coto-Velez served Miami-Dade County Public Schools for 18 years. Experienced in both regular and special education, assistive technology and state assessments. Certified with the State of Florida in ESE K-12, Social Studies 6-8 and Educational Leadership K-12.
Beatriz Coto, Director
Mrs. Coto retired from Miami-Dade County Public Schools after serving 30 years as a teacher and administrator. Her passion for education is truly admirable. Mrs. Coto is a believer in creating a foundation for students that sets them up for success by making learning fun! With a Master's Degree in Education, she shines an academic light for our elementary students
